Kidney Connection can Help Those Waiting for Kidney Transplant

  • Are you a dialysis patient or currently on the transplant waiting list?
  • Are you someone that would save a life if you could?
  • Then you’re on your way to making the kidney connection!

Kidney Connection is a FREE service that allows those in need of a kidney to share their story in the hope that someone willing to be a donor will step forward and be tested.  All we do is make the “connection” – the introduction, and from there you will work with the transplant center to determine whether the connection is a match!  Take a look at some of those who are waiting - click here!

Be an Advocate!

March is National Kidney Month and we are planning for activities that help spread awareness of kidney disease and organ donation!  Part of our annual activities includes our day at the NYS Capitol - a day when we visit with legislators and put a voice and a face to kidney disease.  Consider joining us for the day.  The only requirement is your willingness to make a difference!  Call 518-533-7880 for more information.  Please share our flyer and help spread the word!
